The award winning Essex photographer John Goulding was approached by Google in 2013 when Google first started to think about bringing Google Street View into businesses. Up until then Google had been shooting Google Street View and John had been shooting bespoke 360 Degree Virtual Tour Photography since 1998. When Google decided to add 360 Degree Photography for Businesses to the services it provides, and approached John to join them, he decided it was an obvious step and career progression. The project since its inception has gone through numerous changes and John has been at the fore front of them all, along the way providing feedback to Google about the software and project in general. It is now a robust and exciting tool for all businesses, the software is stable and the quality of the Virtual Tours can match that of bespoke work.
